    • The jackets make sure that the heat transfer is universal and all phases are controlled.
    • Their application ensure operating under various parameters for Exothermic,Adiabatic and Isochoric Reactions.

High Speed Dispensers ( HSD )

General Description :-

  • HSDs are widely used in Paint industries,Liquid APIs and Grease manufacturing process. The basic concept is the same of Reaction vessels but major difference being the impellers.
  • The impellers are designed in such a way to complete rupture the surface tension of a high viscous fluid. We also call them as newtonium Fluid.
  • Due to their vigorous mechanism, they are generally robust and durable to high bulk density fluids.
  • Considering their operation, they can be used with multiple agitators.
